Farhat Saba, PhD
Founder and President


Farhat Saba leads the foundation's efforts to promote inclusion, diversity, and equity for all people around the world. She shapes the foundation’s main strategies and sets the vision and strategic direction of the organization in New York. She works at Brooklyn College and is very passionate about motivating and representing Pakistani women in playing a positive role in community activism and development in the USA.

Safoora Waseem
Vice President


Ms. Safoora Waseem is a community activist and has been actively engaged with different backgrounds, races, and faiths in Brooklyn for the last 35 years. 

She shapes the main strategies for FIDE in Brooklyn and sets the vision and strategic direction by using the lens of DIEA (Diversity. Inclusion. Equity. Accessibility) for uniting and bringing diverse communities together through our Brooklyn chapter. Women empowerment is her main focus.
